GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

We are a leading supplier of grounds maintenance services to the public sector with contracts ranging from multi-service delivery partnerships with numerous local authorities to our role as legacy partner caring for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park until 2024. We deliver a wide range of green services including grass cutting, hedge trimming, sports pitch management, floral displays, planting area maintenance, litter and leaf collection, weed control, playground marking and tree surgery.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION

Our Landscape construction team has delivered many award-winning schemes in both soft and hard landscaping. We are experienced in acting either as the principal contractor or as a sub-contractor for main contractors. Works are carried out by our teams throughout the UK, using expertise developed over many years. To date, these works have ranged from large-scale public realm projects like Colmore Square in Birmingham to the restoration of heritage parks and gardens like Wrest Park in Bedford.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

We offer a number of professional services to our clients and these range from the Park Management Services contract we are currently delivering for Bromley Parks to GIS mapping, which was used to map out the various maintenance regimes across the Isle of Wight using the Authority’s asset database. We are also an approved IOSH Managing Safely training provider, which means we can deliver training to our own management teams as well as external customers and clients.

LANCASTER MARKET SQUARE ROUTES

The Landscape Group was awarded the Square Routes project as main contractor by Lancaster City Council. The scheme involved the re-paving of several city centre pedestrianised streets including Market Street and surrounding streets within Lancaster’s busy city centre shopping district which hosts a twice weekly market, with over 100 market stalls.

Following the highs of London 2012 when the Olympic Park was held under a global spotlight, there was great anticipation of what the Olympic legacy would mean for the UK.
