Fenland District Council provides a broad range of local services to improve the quality of life in and around the Cambridgeshire market towns of Chatteris, March, Whittlesey, Wisbech and surrounding villages.

The Council aims to always "put the community first", and has ambitions to develop a wealthy and diverse local economy. Beginning in November 2010, the Council's partnership with The Landscape Group has formed a key part of this community driven initiative.
