Introduction

The Landscape Group looks after the green infrastructure of the UK. We’re a green service provider, offering a quality service in grounds maintenance, tree surgery, street cleaning and landscape construction.

We care for parks and gardens, amenity green space, woodlands, beaches and nature reserves. Our fine turf specialists keep bowling greens, golf courses and cricket squares in top playing condition.

We’ve built many award-winning landscapes for our clients. These range from the ultra-modern Media City piazza in Salford Quays to a formal Victorian park restoration at Herschel Park.

Our term contracts are equally varied. Some, like Coventry are busy city-centre ‘clean and green’ operations.  Others, like the Lee Valley Regional Park, encompass a number of wildlife and conservation havens and nine Green Flag parks.

Our customers are local authorities, housing associations, private businesses, schools and the construction industry. We work hard to build long-term relationships based on trust and integrity. We always try to help our clients get the best possible value within their budgets, particularly in these challenging economic times.

The nature of our work means that we have to pay the highest attention to health and safety and our impact on the environment, and we take this very seriously. We’re accredited to OHSAS 18001 for Health and Safety, to ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 9001 for quality management.

We want the best people to work for us and that means an open recruitment policy, and a commitment to developing our staff so that they have a fulfilling career with The Landscape Group.

With an annual turnover of £50 million and employing 1100 staff, The Landscape Group is one the largest amenity horticulture specialists in the UK, and is probably the longest established, dating back to 1919.
