English Landscapes Maintenance was delighted to win this high specification cleansing contract from Donaldsons, the national property service company. Donaldsons manage in the region of 100 sites nationwide, serving various landlords, who in this case, are Scottish Life.

The contract centres on the cleansing of the shopping precinct together with service areas and corridors, lifts, escalators, office accommodation, car parking areas and public convenience facilities.

Also accommodated is the periodic high-level internal and external cleansing of the atrium roof and steel structure.
