The correct level of horticultural skills and training
We ensure that our staff are trained to develop their full potential, not only in landscaping and horticultural operations but in customer care and management.
A correctly resourced and well-managed team of people
We make sure that we resource our contracts with the right number of staff and the correct ratio of supervision and management.
The correct choice of equipment, properly maintained
We purchase new equipment for all our term contracts, and carefully select the right equipment to deliver a quality finish. We train our staff to operate machinery safely and efficiently and we maintain our equipment so that it continues to perform.
Communication with the end-users of our service is vital, so that they understand what we are contracted to provide and can give us and our clients feedback to focus on what’s really important to them.
A robust quality management system – including quality assurance and quality control
We implement our Performance Quality Monitoring System (PQMS) on our major contracts. This is a flexible and sophisticated system that is bespoke to the needs of each client. It allows for a combination of randomised monitoring, achievement of KPIs and customer surveys to give our clients the performance information they need. Our PQMS forms part of our Integrated Management System that is accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
