San lives in the Midlands with her husband and two sons. Must have items when stranded on a desert island, a supply of Moet, a great book and Adele’s latest album!
San is responsible for the HR function across The Landscape Group and manages a HR team tasked with the daily delivery of HR to approximately 1,200 employees.San has previously worked in senior HR roles in a number of industries, including retail, aviation and energy supply. In her time with the company, San has established a HR service within the business which is professional, approachable and people centric.San has extensive experience of working within companies that have a national footprint and a largely blue collar field based workforce, particularly companies that have experienced substantial growth both organically and through acquisitions.
Having gained her HR experience in a number of industries, San is able to clearly demonstrate her experience in all HR elements of business acquisitions strategy and TUPE transfers. Key achievements include:
Streamlining of support structure at Midlands based airline (Maersk Air/duo airlines Ltd) in readiness for operational growth post MBO. Responsible for the successful TUPE transfer in of 180 pilots and cabin crew from within the British Airways franchise network.
Responsible for post acquisition (employees TUPE transferred in) integration project at npower, for support functions as well as field based, qualified gas engineers. Project involved integration of payroll, terms and conditions, working practices and brand.
San has extensive organisational change experience, having worked with senior managers to design and deliver organisation structures that reflect growth strategies and the needs of the business. Designed and delivered reorganisation plan of support functions at Qatar Airways, whilst supplying the management team with UK based candidates to fulfil key posts.
